Best true crime podcast

Hands down, Obscura consistently tells the best stories with precisely the right balance of imagery, history, storytelling, and even the right length of time to tell the story. I’ve listened to many true crime podcasts over the years, and Obscura has easily become my favorite. Keep it up!

Has become my favorite show

I have been “obsessed” with true crime podcasts the last few years. I’ve listened to just about every one I can find and I do enjoy several on a weekly basis, now that I have binged their entire shows. As we all know there are many types of podcasts, couple of guys discussing the cases, couple of women discussing them, single person narratives. But I find myself drawn to Obscura and can’t wait for the new episodes The host’s voice, both literally and in how he tells the stories, is unique and compelling. When I have nothing to listen to I find myself re-listening to his older episodes. All in all, if I had to choose one true crime podcaster to have lunch with, and go over my favorite cases with, it would be him. Bravo and I will be becoming a patreon member!

Hello listener, I'm glad you're here

From his very inclusive greeting to the level of research, it is obvious he cares very much about his listeners. This is not a vanity project. He has unique cases and then puts his spin on them. If you want a real treat, go to Patreon.
