Informative and fun

CTRL+CLICK CAST is an informative show with a fun, interesting point of view. It covers a wide variety of web development-related topics, both technical and business. Lea and Emily do a great job engaging with the guests while offering their own experiences where relevant. I'm a big fan.

Marion Newlevant interview show

What a nice and very capable lady. Various sections here will be useful for different skills and approaches, particularly templating in the second half, where it gets as deep as you may like, sometimes well worth listening more than once. You can see how Marion has so much in offer on Craft Stack Exchange, when you meet a problem or have a question. Lea and Emily make it all the more approachable.

Excellent Discussion for Any Front-end Developer

This show is billed as an Expression Engine podcast and they make mention of EE often, but I have never used EE and I find the shows supremely valuable. WordPress developers or small-business owners of all stripes can appreciate good conversation, discussion, and interviews about or with smart people in our industry.

There are plenty of how-to tutorials out there discussing whatever tech du jour, but Ctrl-Click-Cast keeps running a web business as a forethought to much of their conversation. They have great insight as to the why’s and why not’s of common issues we face like sales, billing, life balance, and contracts.

I hope they keep booking smart people with good ideas about what works best for them, not every single person, but just them and their situation.
