The Open Sky Fitness Podcast is perfect for men and women who are trying to get back in shape after neglecting their health after years of focusing on their jobs or building a family. GREATEST POD CAST EVER!

This podcast is amazing. Rob, Jeff and Alek are very informative, easy to listen to ,down to earth, and funny as all hell . I appreciate this pod cast for it's awe inspiring interviews and because of how it's easily accessible it is. With a busy life style , I have the chance to hear them on the way to and from work, cleaning, or cooking. It allows me to keep up with the life style I am building for my self. I practically listen everyday to absorb all that I can! You guys do a great job! Thank you so much!

Motivational AND funny

I listened to all of them in a week, that’s how good it is. They have on a variety of different guests with different opinions, as well as a variety of personalities in the hosts. It’s great, just great.

My new favorite podcast!

I've become somewhat of a podcast junkie lately, and listen mostly to podcasts focused on health and nutrition. I'm so glad I found this podcast because it's both informative and hilarious, which I really appreciate. I listen on my hour long morning commutes and am often laughing out loud. I especially appreciate that you have interviewed some inspiriting people in the paleo community, and promote a whole/real food nutrition perspective. Please keep these gems of a podcast coming!
