Life Changing Outlooks on Finances for Young Adults

As a long-time an avid listener of SYSK, they suggest all types of podcasts from their network for listeners to check out. I had been listening to Monster: Zodiac and SYSK when I kept hearing little ads for How To Money and as a 20 something year old it sounded interesting/helpful for someone who is trying to support themselves financially. I came to check out the podcast and I unfortunately judged the book by its cover the first review I saw which stamped the front page of this wonderful podcast had a 1-star review that said this podcast was about 5% helpful information. Reading this deferred me from starting the podcast initially. I then went back to an SYSK episode where they featured Joel and Matt at the end of the episode instead of “Listener Mail” and immediately I was like these guys sound great, they have good chemistry together, and from what they gave me in those ~8 minutes at the end of the SYSK episode seemed essential and worthwhile of my time to at least give it a chance. I’ve never been happier I did. After 3 weeks I’m 40 episodes in and have made all kinds of changes to my life financially already. They help you learn the importance of your money, your credit, your retirement, and just how to survive on your own budget, plus they mention some pretty great beers (thanks guys). As I mentioned earlier being in my early 20’s this is stuff I unfortunately was never taught and I couldn’t be more grateful for Joel and Matt. They pair so well together and their commentary is hysterical. For anyone seeking financial guidance or just some very enjoyable conversations between 2 best buds please give this podcast a shot! It has given me so much guidance already and has easily become my favorite podcast to listen to.
Much love guys, Steve

Ok

Some of the money tips are relevant in my life but I don’t care for all the beer talk
