Exactly what I've been looking for.
I've been digging around for awhile, looking for a good geek-out podcast which dealt with PC hardware, but veered away from the games discussions that most others deal with. In this first podcast MaximumPC deals with processors, motherboards, form-factors, and everything else PC tech I could hope for. A great podcast, hope it becomes a regular release. Subscribe! (On a side note, if it takes a familar name to attract the curious to a new podcast, Jeremy Williams from PC Gamer sits in on this one.)
Keep 'em coming guys
I used to buy this mag every month before I got smart and got a subscription. The podcast has just as much info and it's free. Maximum PC rocks and they guys that run it are great too. Gordon has answered several of my email questions personally, I wrote in never expecting a response. Great guys and great knowledge if you're a tech-geek, you'll love this podcast. Ken FX-60
The Poweruser's Podcast
Maximum PC has long been an influential magazine known for its descriptive, intense and often witty reviews of all modern top-of-the-line PC technology. In any given issue, the experienced staff will test out the fastest/mid-range/budget hardware components (software and video games as well) and give a final verdict and recommendation. As a subscriber for over 5 years to the mag, I just wanted to say I appreciate the ever-present dry sense of humor, and I have enjoyed the podcast so far. I continually look forward to hearing your guys' take on the latest offerings from the tech world.. Oorah!
