Congrats on this next phase Andy! I know now that you're here you will be expecting a huge impact on RippedBody. Trust me, if you play your cards right then all this valuable information found within these podcasts will start to the educate people about fitness.

Thanks, I learned a lot

This podcast helped me learn how one has to be a good student in order to utilize the full potential of a student-coach relationship, how imporant it is for someone to present you seriously in order for your clients to take you seriosly. Once the bar is set up high for you, you will live up to those expectations.

Loved how Andy and Jordan talked about how just giving someone some numbers to meet isn't coaching and how they have to work with the emotional and behavioral challenges their clients face to produce tangible results.

My favourite part was when they mentioned how happy it makes them feel to hear how their clients sound while talking about themselves and seeing their facial expressions change in their picture updates after spending a long time coaching them.

This is an awesome episode and I highly recommend it.

Great resource

Andy Morgan has been a resource for me ever since my Leangains days. He has great way of simplifying complex information. I'm glad I found this and looking forward to hearing more.
