What Happened to the Story??

This was an amazing audio drama podcast. The story, the character and character development, the plot, the thesis, this is really an incredible job. Harry Potter level stuff, but then, right when everything is T’d up to have amazing story and and sequel after sequel of good v. evil and who’s playing for what team, all of a sudden, poof. Gone. No more new episodes, no explanation or mention of expectations to the audience. Just radio silence. Because of this, we never know how well this could have gone. I imagine when JK Rowling started forming the world of witchcraft and wizardry which changed the world, Harry Potter, at some point in its creation, it resembled Leviathan. The difference? JK Rowling didn’t leave it locked up on the shelf or bail on everything. Hopefully the creators of Leviathan will realize what they have and pick it back up. I would love to hear how McKallin and Tully change the world without Antwon and Oberlin interjecting. Great listen but huge disappointment when you get to the last episode and realize it’s legit the last and they left it right there. It’s sad.

It was 'something'

I liked the stories idea in the beginning, it was interesting in the first episode. Then the main character Macallan was introduced along with the rest of the story and then I just lost interest. It truly could've been something but as I progressed through the episode hoping the story would right itself, the story only got worse and worse until I couldn't bare to listen. If that wasn't bad enough there are moments when the characters will explain something to Macallan then the intermission sound would play, only to come straight back to Macallan gasping in shock not even two minute after being told what it is and how it works with her asking "What is it", and then you have to listen to the whole explanation over again as if the character explaining doesn't remember doing the same thing just a second ago, or even asking if shes stupid or something. I wanted to like it, but as the story got more and more muddled up I just couldn't handle listening to it's horrible plot and bad writing.
