We all have albums that have inspired us. Often that occurs in our formative years or during key life events. Most people if asked could name one (and probably 50) albums that they couldn't imagine life without. That's what these conversations are about. We'll talk about the songs themselves, but we'll also talk about those life events or what was going on in the world at the time.

Nostalgic and entertaining

Love the concept of the Music Dissectors- and the chatty and laid back style of the interviews. It's inspiring me to dig out old albums and reflect on my own memories that I associate with them. Great podcast!

Entertaining and conversational!

I lik the idea of discussing a single album with people from different walks of life, although often musicians, who are really into the album, giving the conversations a sense of fun, depth, and context. Definitely recommended!
