Outstanding podcast and new book!
I have listened to the Peoples Pharmacy for many years. Sometimes I am out of town and miss the show. THANK YOU so much for making this available on a podcast!!!! I can now get the shows I missed! Also the new book, "Best Choices From the Peoples Pharmacy" is excellent! It is clear, easy to understand and a first class work. I feel like I get good honest health information! I highly recommend it!
Awesome, useful, and fun to listen to.
The People's Pharmacy offers a cornucopia of fabulous advice for healing yourself: mind and body. In this age of rampant drug use, the prescribed kinds, they provide a refreshingly counter-cultural view. Shows usually include an interview with someone who has done ground-breaking research...usually, to "prove" what we intuitively or historically knew.
People's Pharmacy rocks
This is one of the most informative, independent sources of information regarding health care in the USA I have found. In fact, the only independent source I have found.
In a deliberately confusing and misleading industry this is an invaluable guiding light.
