Finally
Finally an endurance podcast that revolves around the primal lifestyle. I look forward to getting all of my endurance training and nutrition questions answered!
This podcast goes to the top of my Overcast must listen to list!
I’ve always wanted to be better at endurance training, even if just acquiring an enjoyment for short mile or two jogs. After becoming a primal Blueprint Certified Expert (#189) I had started to try to find the best ways to start an enjoyable life of endurance training. After listening to a few of the first podcasts I’m convinced that Mark, Brad, and all the special hosts and guests will take me right along this journey of fun training and a better HRV. This is a must listen and will certainly go on the list of “Must not miss” podcasts.
The “go to” podcast for primal/paleo/keto endurance athletes
The Primal Endurance Podcast has a great start and promises to be the “go to” podcast for primal/paleo/keto athletes who are also endurance athletes. The initial interviews are great: Maffetone i(always interesting), Olson, Allen, and, of course, Mark Sisson himself. Looking forward to more interviews from primal athletes
