Thank you so much for this podcast - especially the episode with Michael Addis on Depression

Thank you Dr Chris Blazina ! I heartily recommend listening to Michael Addis' interview on depression, where he discusses his new book. I had not heard about his book before this and there are other books called "Overcoming Depression" but his is called "Overcoming Depression: One step at a time". I had to contact 4 book stores before I found it. I think it will work for me so thank you very much for doing this podcast so I could learn about this book. Please get him on again if you think a follow up would be useful ... or perhaps he could lead us through techniques to break the link between mood and action, which is one section of the book, as a lot of depressed people (or even non-depressed people: procrastinators) have trouble with doing things if they are not "in the mood" for it or if they feel they are too tired or if they think they will "feel" more like it tomorrow. I haven't listened to many of the other podcasts but am very thankful for hearing this one ! all the best and thanks once again

great

I suddenly found this, this is so good!

The sound quality poor.

The host of the show either has a terrible mic or there is interference. The guests on the show seem to have descent sound but the overall podcast needs to be cleaned up. Too much muffled sound. Especially by the host.
