For everyone who is struggling!

Dr. Deb is a revelation! I started listening to her podcast about 2 months ago and have made some big changes in my thinking, and my life, because of her. Her podcast isn't just for women pre and post-menopause, it's for anyone needing some compassionate words of wisdom from a compassionate, empathetic person - Dr. Deb. Her podcast is like listening to a long-time friend giving you (very gentle) wake-up talks about the things you need to change in your life (and how to go about it) so you will feel better mentally and physically. This review would be way too lengthy if I were to detail all she covers. I cannot say this strongly enough; her methods really work. Give her a listen and see if you don't agree.

Such an important topic!

With hormonal changes, weight loss during and after menopause is very different than how it was in our 30’s and 40’s. I like Dr. Deb’s approach of listening to our bodies rather than relying on diets that tell us what, when, and how much to eat. I’m looking forward to learning more about such an important topic! Thanks, Dr. Deb!

Thinner peace

I love this way of thinking about food. Dr. Deb makes it very easy to understand and implement into my life. Even if I am not consciously trying to think about eating I find myself hearing her gentle words in my mind...am I hungry, am I full...what am I hungry for. I have along way to go and on many levels I see why a DIET and having someone on the outside telling me what to eat could be easier...But, I know it doesn't work. The only way to freedom is being guided from the inside. I look forward to learning how to do this on a consistent basis!!!
