Sean Is THE MAN Exposing The Truth For All The World To See

As a fellow health and nutrition advocate and podcaster, I am in awe at the education that Sean Croxton is providing to people who are overweight, sick, tired, diseased, malnourished, or dealing with health ailments of any sort. There are so many voices out there reaffirming the garbage dogmatic health information you hear from EVERYBODY--eat a low-fat diet, cut your cholesterol, run on the treadmill an hour a day, avoid saturated fat, eat lots of "healthy" carbs, just to name a few--that he comes across as a refreshing change of pace that will steer you in the right direction on your journey to better health. Subscribe, absorb, and apply! That's a natural prescription for living long and living strong. THANK YOU Sean for all the fabulous work you are doing!

Best interviews on Real Food and Holistic Health!

Sean is down to earth and has great guests on his show. I always lear a lot when I listen. His guests exemplify the best non-establishment knowledge on wellness and health. Sometimes sound quality is weak on one end of the interview when I listen in my car. I hope you can fix this because I don't want to miss a thing! Keep up the good work!

Now I'm bored with a show I once loved

I lost a LOT of respect for Sean when I purchased a program I heard about through the podcast which did NOT live up to the hype at all, I was very disappointed, was a huge waste of money and it was obvious that Sean had never gone through it himself. I don't see how you can promote something to your audience when you don't even know if it is a good product or not just because you're close friends with the creator. But in the last several months the quality of the show has gone down hill. He seems to bring on the same "click" of people over and over again and the content is nowhere as good as it once was. I used to take notes from all the amazing things being said on the show and now I'm cutting the show short because I'm bored. It feels like Sean has lost sight of what he originally set out to do and is now going through the motions and promoting items for money and not to serve his audience.
