Description

Vox Populi Radio is a political talk show hosted by Sean Astin. The show asks listeners & guests alike to offer their views on hot button topics, current events and issues relating to the government, news and basically anything in the realm of Civics. Communicating respectfully is a must. During this Presidential Campaign Cycle of 2016, Host Sean Astin speaks openly as a Democrat who is supporting Hillary Clinton. "I'm a husband of 25 years and the father of three. Our oldest is in college. I received my Associates Degree from Los Angeles Valley Community College and my Bachelors degree with a Double Major in English and American History and Culture from UCLA. I was a Civilian Aide to the Secretary of the Army for 10 years and a member of the Presidents Council on Volunteerism and Civic Engagement. You can read my full bio at seanastincom, but the most important qualification I have to host a political radio show is that I am a Citizen of the United States of America with the Constitutionally protected right of free speech. So called Celebrities enjoy perks and privileges disproportionate to most people, except when it comes to being given the benefit of the doubt when speaking out on issues and politics. The core value of the show is an insistence on respectful communication. The key to civil discourse is a commitment to listening" Sean Astin On Twitter: @seanastin -- #RaiseYourVox Facebook.com/SeanAstinPublic Also, visit: voxpopuliradio.com
