Hussong V. Schwan's Sales Enterprises

Mitchell Jay Hussong appeals from a take-nothing summary judgment rendered in favor of Schwans Sales Enterprises, Inc., and Jeff Jones. Hussong sued Schwans and Jones for breach of his employment contract with Schwans and tortious interference with the same contract. The trial court granted the defendants motion for summary judgment and dismissed Hussongs claims with prejudice. We affirm the judgment of the trial court.
