Reseña de álbum

One could write off 522 as a largely useless collection, and with reason — some of its tracks aren't exactly necessary, especially "dance" remixes of "Intact" and "Kill Your Televison" that sound positively childish compared to the wave of electronica which followed them in the late 1990s. On the other hand, quite a bit of the 22-song compilation is just as appealing (and sometimes more) than the band's album work, including: their cover of the Bay City Rollers' "Saturday Night" (from the So I Married an Axe Murderer soundtrack), a few songs from their first album, Bite (which is difficult to find in the U.S.), and a smattering of wonderful rarities ("Flexiblehead," "Twenty Three Hour Toothache.") By the beginning of the '90s, the band had developed a dense, assaultive sound that was distinguished by their thundering two-bass attack....
