App crashes on startup
I experience a crash when the application starts on iOS 17.4.1.

Te rugam sa reinstalezi aplicatia cu ultima versiune disponibila ce rezolva aceasta eroare. Multumim pentru feedback-ul prompt si anticipat pentru intelegere.
Very very bad and non intuitive
I tried to make a travel insurance for my child and at 2 different steps it asks for the person info, but totally unclear who’s person info mine or my child’s.
At the final step it doesn’t show the insurance policy to know what you’re buying, it shows a name and info (my child’s, which seemed ok), but then the insurance policy received on email was on my name, so totally worthless.
Then I tried another time with the info exchanged at those 2 steps: it took my money but didn’t receive any policy. A complete disaster, don’t even bother getting the app and go to another company!

Nightmare
Horrible, one of the worst app in the world.
Allianz, what happened to you? The app and the web site are a nightmare to use to buy an insurance! I dropped the Ideea to be insured by you! Such incompetence in making wizards for buying insurances are shocking! Worst of the worst! In the past was OK! Now, it's a nightmare made by incompetent people, in my opinion!
