Aplicatia mobila de la UniCredit Bank are o navigare intuitiva, sigura si te ajuta sa economisesti timp pentru lucrurile care conteaza cu adevarat.

Nu trebuie sa activezi aplicatia pentru a incerca:
• Tutorialul interactiv
• Harta cu ATM-uri si sucursale UniCredit Bank
• Cursul si convertorul valutar la zi
• Contact direct cu banca, in cazul in care vrei sa afli detalii direct de la noi

• Vrei sa vezi tranzactiile?
Trebuie doar sa selectezi contul din care au fost facute. Prin swipe stanga vezi sumele intrate, iar prin swipe dreapta, platile.

• Ai de facut o plata?
Pull down, direct din sectiunea Conturi, sau apasa pe logo-ul UniCredit Bank, pentru a accesa meniul Plati. Am creat un Smart Payment Box ca la carte, in care tu doar selectezi contul din care doresti sa faci plata si beneficiarul. Aplicatia e sincronizata cu sabloanele din contul tau de BusinessNet, pe care le vezi in lista de beneficiari.

• Vrei sa platesti facturi de utilitati?
Direct prin scanarea facturii, fara alte detalii de completat.

• Vrei sa stii totul despre cardurile cu care faci business?
Selecteaza cardul dorit si vezi toate tranzactiile realizate cu el, cat si detaliile lui.

• Vrei sa blochezi un card sau sa setezi limitele de tranzactionare pentru el?
Atingi cu un deget cardul dorit si ai acces la setari. Utilizatorul autorizat poate sa schimbe limitele la POS, ATM, Internet, sa blocheze sau sa deblocheze instant cardul.

• Vrei sa renunti la digipass?
Activeaza Mobile Token. Aplicatia genereaza coduri de unica folosinta pentru autentificarea si autorizarea tranzactiilor bancare pe care le realizezi in BusinessNet. Autentificarea in aplicatie se poate face si prin scanarea amprentei digitale sau faciale, daca telefonul permite aceasta optiune.

In plus, pentru clientii persoane fizice am creat Mobile Banking, aplicatia fara costuri de administrare. O poti descarca si incerca gratuit pe acelasi telefon.

You don’t have to activate the app to try:
• Interactive demo
• Map with UniCredit Bank branches and ATMs
• Exchange rate calculator
• Bank contact, if you want to know more details directly from us

• Do you want to see the transactions?
You just have to select the account that was used to do them. You can see the entries swiping left, and the payments, swiping right.

• Do you want to pay?
Pull down, directly from Accounts area, or press on UniCredit Bank logo, to access Payment menu. We have created a Smart Payment Box, where you only have to select the account from which you want to pay and the beneficiary. The app is syncronized with the templates you have created in BusinessNet, available in the beneficiaries list.

• Do you want to pay utility bills?
Directly by scanning the invoice, without any additional details.

• Do you want to know everything about the cards you use in your daily business?
Select the desired card and see all the transactions done with it, but also its details.

• Do you want to block a card and set card limits?
You just tap on the card and you have full access to it settings. The authorized user can block/unblock it or decide whether it can do online payments.

• Do you want to get rid of the digipass?
Activate Mobile Token. The app generates unique codes for authentication and authorization the transactions you create in BusinessNet. The authentication can be done also with Touch ID or Face ID, if your mobile allows it.

Nu se poate sa faci o app mai slaba

Pe scurt, nu merge pe IPhone X. Nu activezi pinul in aplicatie, nu poti intra nici pe site ul de banking, nu poti face nimic, decat sa astepti ca mine suportul tehnic...si app de persoane fizice e jalnica, dar macar mai merge.
Incredibil de slaba, imacceptabil pentru o banca. Un freelancer o facea ca hobby de 10 ori mai buna.

Bad and careless UX

The app does a lot of things right… BUT it has a few significant failings that are easy to fix… but never get fixed:
It only shows payments made by card - WHY? I want to see all my payments… or at least also have that option. 90% of payments are online transfers and they don’t show up in reports available in the app.
After signing a payment and hitting ok, you are taken back to the pre-signing window. Which may mean that the payment was not processed. Bad bad bad, give me a confirmation message, and take me back straight to he main menu, so I know it’s done.
After signing a payment and hitting ok, it takes many minutes, sometimes hours before the sum is deducted from the available funds. This is crazy. Everything is digital therefore immediate, and you have all the info because you own the platform, so it should be deducted immediately. One time I made a payment 3 times because I wasn’t sure if it had been processed or not. Horrible.
Payments through the app take a long time to show up in the payments report… so I can’t send a supplier a quick and easy confirmation of payment. WHY?
All these are sooo easy to fix. Please fix them.

Drafts

Unfortunately you cannot use saved drafts with different accounts. Once you paid from a certain account, the draft is only saved for that particular account. If you want to pay the same supplier from a different account (of the same company of course) the saved draft will not be recognized. The same with drafts saved on the desktop. They will not be recognized if you use the mobile app. Such a nuisance!
