Great app ...
After you have your accounts setup for the service providers, paying is a matter of 2 clicks: choose account and pay. The app takes care of changing messages with the bank so no security sms from the bank is expected. There were some problems but after talking to support (from within app) they fixed it (bank problem - not app problem). Unfortunately not many service providers accept this kind of payment. Hope that will change soon.
Excellent work
I am extensively using mobilPay Wallet as my single point of payment for all my and my parents’ bills. Everything goes smoothly; the payments are correctly registered in my credit card invoice; the payments are confirmed extremely fast by the utility companies. I gave up direct debit from my current account with my bank (always done in the last day) in favour of this solution, linked with credit card payments. Thank you indeed.
Customer Support
Overall app is working well and to be honest didn’t thought that payments are so easy to made , updates with most important utilities companies ! Only once ( so far - almost 6 months of using ) I had a challenge with one of them but the customer support was amazing and solution was found immediately!
