• Subscription automatically renews unless auto-renew is turned off at least 24-hours before the end of the current period
• The account will be charged for renewal within 24-hours prior to the end of the current period, and identify the cost of the renewal

Easy to use
Very easy to identify the plant in front of you. Offers also info on how to take care of it. Many options even for the free version.
Poor customer service
I have tried to close the account a couple of times: from the apps by following step by step guidelines and by sending the info to the customer service link. This has happened a couple of months ago. It didn’t work and they are still charging every week. This is very a very poor service trying to force customers to keep paying.

Thanks for your feedback. PictureThis app, like many other apps, offers free trials to new users as an introductory offer for subscriptions. New users could take advantage of the free period (7-day free trial) and get a taste of Premium before deciding to subscribe or not. The price associated with the subscriptions is stated on the page where you chose to start the free trial. Information about auto-renewal has been informed when you start the free trial as well as on the subscription confirmation from Apple.
