Q-SeeQTView Application - Full Screen Rotation Issue
Dear Q-See Support Team,
I hope this message finds you well. I am writing to report an issue that I am currently experiencing with the Q-SeeQTView application. Specifically, I am having trouble getting the full-screen rotation feature to work properly.
I have been using the Q-SeeQTView application on my device to view my security cameras, but I have noticed that when I try to rotate the view to full-screen, the image does not rotate. This is causing me difficulty in viewing the cameras properly and is greatly impacting my ability to use the application.
I have tried troubleshooting the issue by uninstalling and reinstalling the application, as well as restarting my device, but these actions have not resolved the problem. I have also checked for any updates to the application but there are none available.
I would greatly appreciate your assistance in resolving this issue as soon as possible. Please let me know if there is any additional information that you need from me in order to investigate this issue further.
