Why did you choose these three albums in particular? DOM KENNEDY, From the Westside With Love, II G Funk Supreme, Forever and a Day Nipsey Hussle, The Marathon Man of course Nip & Dom, those albums specifically is just top tier life music and got me through a lot, to which I still even listen to today, religiously. It's special to me because it's elevated growth from music, sonics, me as a person, my delivery while still maintaining the core of who I am as an artist. Shoutout to my boy Dayvid for blessing me. What’s one of the most memorable moments in your career so far? Man FASHO selling out the House of Blues, once as an opener, then another as a headliner, like MY actual show! Shit was crazy, and to have my mom in the crowd cheering me on too, that's something I'll cherish forever. Is there anything left on your bucket list as an artist or band? To bring home a grammy, not just for the accolades, the notoriety, fame or whatever, but to show to myself, my city, my people, that this shit is possible if you believe hard enough. Dreams really do happen, so I always strive for the best.
