ASG (ARARATBANK SERVICE GUIDE) was created to support people. The App is advisory, guiding and gives an opprtunity to sign-up online for visting bank branch, having specialist's online consultation and pointing/guiding on the map.
The App is designed for everyone and no need in sign in/sign out. After downloading it firstly asks permission for user's location and Push messages.
The client's location is necessary for the system to point the nearest 3 branches, ATM and Terminals on the map. Then the user can chose:
• Nearest branch
• Visit time
When chosing a branch the system draws on the map the distance between the user and the branch.
When chosing visit time the user can chose any time on any work day.
Service choice helps the client to reffer to the responsible service specialist. For example, when chosing chash out service the system asks for the ammount and currency of the cash withdrawal in order the chosen branch could prepare the neceassary ammount of money.
After sending an application the client should fill in required phone numbers and name and an optional info.
Push messages are necessary for giving information to the customer, for example, your application is accepted. And in the case if the customer specifies an incorrect phone number the only way to verify is Push Message.
The system gives an opprtunity to order a Call and ask questions via Chat and immediately get specialists conslting.
There is also an opportunity to chose ATM and Terminal and the system as well draws on the map the distance between the user and ATM or Terminal.
For all the objects the address, as well as the working days and time for the branches are available. For some Terminals there is also shown working time as there are indoor.
The system is connected to QMS (Quing Management System).
