Не находит камеру!!!

Dear customer, do you mean you cannot find the camera when pair your device with camera? If so, with your device connecting to network and camera connecting to power, you can pair with camera through scanning the QR code on the camera or choose the corresponding camera icon on App. Please try again, and if your problem still exists, please contact support@yitechnology.com with your camera QR code.
Не соединяет
Приложение не подключается к камере, сутки уже. Перезагрузка камеры не получается, так как qr код не загружается.
