DD-Loyalty for Business is free to download and evaluate for one month. The "Unlimited customer interaction" service − which includes unlimited customer accounts, cards and feedback message replies − can be enabled by using in-app subscriptions:

• Four auto-renewable subscription options are available: annual, every six months, quarterly and monthly, with all of them enabling the "Unlimited customer interaction" service for the respective subscription period.
• Payment will be charged to iTunes Account at confirmation of purchase.
• Subscription is automatically renewed, unless auto-renew is turned off at least 24-hours before the end of the current period.
• Account will be charged for renewal within 24-hours prior to the end of the current period, and identifying the cost of renewal.
• Subscriptions may be managed by the user and auto-renewal may be turned off by going to the user's Account Settings after purchase.
• Any unused portion of the free trial period will be forfeited when the user purchases a subscription to the "Unlimited customer interaction" service.
