The worst credit card I ever had!
The worst banking workflow and how to process, coordinate payments etc… their credit cards will let you down always! Not recommended! The cash back very hard to follow if not impossible! You will never know if you are credited or not, because of their useless outdated apps and online banking.
Also, not to say when they deactivate your account for no reason and the process to activate it again, please don’t remind me :( ! I used many cards! Many! I understand the process and how Credit card industry should work! This one belong to the 1800 era! Run away!
Very outdated
The services provided are so 2005. Simple things like being called to verify your new beneficiary is not available. You have to call and input your card number. Too much hassle. Other banks they just call you automatically. Also you cannot share a transfer receipt. You will have to expose your bank account and balance if you want to share a transfer receipt. Funny is that they want us to put an avatar. I mean common this is not a social media. All in all I’m very disappointed and I rarely use this bank due to the failure of services provided. You guys need to catch up
