Fair Experience! تجربة جيدة
Overall good quality & fresh mango fruit, yet the orders shipment & delivery process is not as fast as expected, with an average delivery time of 4+ days to the major Saudi Cities (i.e. Riyadh, Jeddah, Dammam)..

مُدة تجهيز و شحن و توصيل الطلب تصل الى ٥ أيام للمُدن الرئيسية في السعودية
تجربة سيئة Very bad experience
سبب التأخير يجب ان يُرسل الى العميل قبل موعد التسليم ليُبرر. وقبول الإلغاء عوضاً عن عرض تعويض يعكس مدى تدني خدمة العملاء. خدمة لا تصل الى حد التمييز خاصة لمنتج متوفر والحصول عليه سهل واسرع. تم حذف التطبيق ولا يوصى به إطلاقاً
Delay can be justified if customer was notified earlier. Cancelation was accepted easily rather than offering compensation which reflects low level of customer satisfaction. App was deleted and not considered at all.
