I have had the most terrible experience while returning my order. First, I chose door to door return however I waited for a week for someone to contact me and pick up the package and no one did. When I logged in to the app I found out that I’m supposed to send the package by myself and pay for it. Second, after I sent the package for their address, the shipping company which I chose from the list they provided me tried to contact them and deliver the package three times with no luck as they say they could not reach them. So I contacted Jollychic and asked them they claimed that they have already received the package and that it’s on its way to their warehouse, this happened three different times and they insisted that the package is received. When I asked the third CS agent in a written conversation to make sure that it has been received and he went to check out, he came back telling me sorry we do not work with this shipping company anymore. And that I’m supposed to ship it again using a different shipping company. I don’t understand it’s already been delivered to them why can’t they just receive it?

A bad experience
Well This application provides an estimated due dates for both local and international delivery, at first they deliver the other order however the second one which is the international delivery was scheduled last march between 24-28 however it was not delivered, so I waited for two days until I saw a notification that says it arrived at the destination and I should have set a date for a delivery at my most convenient time, so I was lucky to have it at March 31, however up until now I never received it and contacted the help support and the rep said my order is currently in Dammam, hows that possible? Then the rep told me that they already escalated my concern same words that they provide the last I contacted them, however up until now it was escalated. And I was told now to wait until the delivery man contact me. Pls guys be true to your promises, and if you can not do it within the given time frame better not put a due date for delivery if unsure.

False advertisement (scamming people)
There was a “buy one get one free” offer on Xiaomi Mi Mix 2S. An extra free wireless charger was also mentioned at the product page. I contacted Jollychic support multiple times before making the order and they confirmed that I will get two phone for the price of one. However, I received one phone only. I opened the box to see if there are 2 phones inside, but there was not any. I contacted the support and now they refusing to return because I opened the item. Also they are lying about the offer, they claim that they meant “buy one phone and get one wireless charger free”. This is clear manipulation by Jollychic. They are liars.
