This app is very disappointing! I order to deliver gas refill. The delivery guy comes and return empty handed, as he say the gas shop is close. Now he ask me to pay the delivery charge with the transaction being unsuccessful! Such a waste of time and waste of money! Why could a delivery guy ask for payment of the delivery charge when it is not properly delivered and the gas not refilled at all! You don’t even deserve 1 star!

مع الاسف ‏ل ‏أعتقد ‏أن سياسات التطبيق ‏تنص على الزام السائق بعدم اخذ اكثر من طلب في نفس الوقت ‏مما يؤدي إلى تأخر السائقين في توصيل الطلبات او انشغالهم بتوصيل طلبات واستقبال طلبات أخرى في نفس الرحلة المخصصة لي طلب العميل إضافة إلى ذلك انتقال ثقافة السائقين لا يحددها معايير وبالتالي نوعية السائقين المتقين لأداء العمل تختلف و تتفاوت ثقافتهم
ومستويات فهمهم مما يشكل صعوبة في التواصل معهم

‏إضافة إلى ذلك فإن القائمين على التطبيق يقومون باستبعاد طلبات العملاء الذين يشكلون عنصر انتقاد إيجابي للحصول على أفضل خدمة ممكنة وذلك من خلال تعطيل طلبات هؤلاء العملاء في البرنامج وتعليقها وعدم قبول السائقين لها.

Unfortunately, I believe that the application policies stipulate that the driver is obligated not to take more than one order at the same time, which leads to drivers delaying in delivering orders or being busy with delivering orders and receiving other requests on the same trip assigned to me. Drivers' culture is not determined by standards, and therefore the quality of pious drivers to perform work varies, and their culture varies And their levels of understanding, which makes it difficult to communicate with them.

In addition, those in charge of the application exclude the requests of customers who constitute a positive criticism element to obtain the best possible service, by disabling and suspending the requests of these customers in the program and not accepting them by drivers.

I’m new on this app!! From the beginning I was so excited but then everyday something negative happens to me, first I always delivered the items to the customers in time and I choose the delivered option so I always thought that’s it, but no it doesn’t fulfill the delivery and by the time I noticed that the order is still active it’s already an hour passed or something then I get negative balance charged on me, besides today is my third day and some1 ordered from Medina& I’m in Jeddah so he needed breakfast in Medina the order came to me but ofc the costumer would want to cancel cuz they wouldn’t pay 500sr for breakfast so he couldn’t cancel and asked me too but at the end I got charged 135sr why the hell would I have to pay for a mistake I’m not responsible for!!!!! 😣🤦🏽‍♂️
