My xr is not finding the watch and it is irritating

it is unfortunate to hear that. Did you try establishing connection between your Wearable and phone via Bluetooth first or through the Galaxy Fit app? If you did it via Bluetooth first, then please remove your Gear from the iPhone Bluetooth list, reset it and try setting it up as demonstrated in this video:

Hello , i have bought the Samsung fit 2 and i downloaded the galaxy fit app but i couldn't see it on the list but it appears on other iPhones .i am so sad cause i really liked it but i didn't know that it doesn't work on my iPhone 6s plus please anything can i do to solve this problem ? Or maybe you can do an update to make it work with iPhone 6 and if you can't can you just tell me why it doesn't work with this iPhone? Is it because of the bluetooth version or what ?

Hi, we apologize for the issue. The minimum requirement for a Galaxy Fit 2 to work in iOS is satisfied by iPhone 7 and later models with iOS 10 and later versions. It is not compatible with older models of iPhone. Thank you.

When ever try to check band software, message say “unable to update software. A network or server error occurred. Try again later” for more than two months
