Easy on the tonic ,

ADS!!

The most relaxing voice and there are some long really relaxing meditations, and I love that the music continues for a long time after the voice stops.
However, now I think the whole episode is mostly a long ad for herbal teas... :( what a waste of a great podcast.

About Keeping Calm

I think it would be great idea to not mention Covid19 in your podcasts during this time ? I think a lot of us are trying to escape and calm ourselves during this time, and mentioning the virus several times during a session doesn’t really help that... I felt that it was just reminding me more of the pandemic more than giving me an escape.

Is it still subliminal messaging if it’s all quite out in the open?

If you like being read advertisements while soothing music plays, then boy have you found the right place.
I do understand we all have to make rent somehow. But marketing your podcast as free content and then spending over half the episode speaking of your own business venture feels like getting sold a product under the guise of self-improvement. The combination becomes insidious.

Here is what happens when you spend 7 full minutes every day being convinced of a product while your mind is supposed to be open and calm: either you stop listening out of frustration and feeling tricked into listening to a secret advertisement every day - or you purchase the item, because you’ve been Pavlov’d into associating the product with open vulnerability. Which I suppose is a viable business strategy, if incredibly ethically dubious.

Still given 2 stars because the music is nice enough.
