CF Wind Sprint 55: Using a Medical Mask
Sheila reached out to Jerry asking what type of mask he wears while traveling or visiting the doctor.
He uses the 3M Particulate Respirator N95 Mask - style number 9210/37021 for protection from germs. These masks can be purchased online and come individually wrapped - making them ideal for travel because they stay sanitary.

Skylar from California asked Jerry the best way to move from stationary biking to cycling outdoors. The most important thing, to Jerry, is remembering the mantra ‘safety first.’ He gives a number of suggestions to make the transition as smooth and safe as possibly, including using the correct equipment, carrying plenty of H2O, and remembering sun protection. CF Wind Sprint 53: Keeping your nasal passages clear with Nozin
After receiving a Facebook message asking about how he keeps his nasal passageways clear and germ-free, Jerry took to his Wind Sprint page to share his response.
As a part of his daily hygiene, Jerry uses Nozin, a nasal sanitizer, to kill the germs in his nasal passageways – and it lasts up to eight hours. He demonstrates two different ways of using the product – one that is more for daily use and one that is better to use while traveling.
