Fast and easy, great workout
Love this workout - its perfect for beginners or people on the go who just want to have a quick daily cardio workout. On day 1 I Had so much difficulty, but on day 3 I can already feel some arm strength and stability when doing planks and push ups!
Clear instructions for short and effective workout
I like the clear instructional videos that describe how the exercises are to be done properly. I am always perspiring after every workout so I guess the workout is somewhat effective. A good set of exercises to complement jogging routines where I only focus on the lower body.
Simple and easy to follow
Great app that's simple enough to follow for instructions. And even if you have your music playing, it doesn't stop the music as it walks you through the next set of exercise.
