Slow and unwieldly
Pretty ironic this is a “vitality weekly challenge” when the app is nowhere dynamic, in that it does not sync your healthy accomplishments quick enough. Fair that there are bugs now and then, but 9 out of 10 times it probably takes 72 hours to sync your points. Also even though the app syncing perpetually lags, the dates for use of vouchers are strictly 2 weeks as of the date the points were clocked. This does not allow advanced planning given users are not aware whether the points were actually clocked on a workout with X% heartrate. If AIA is so displeased with doling out vouchers for users achieving what was set out to achieve then please don’t even bother with this patronising weekly challenge. It causes so much frustration and inconvenience for a $5 reward. I don’t encourage new users to jump on the bandwagon.
Worst paid app ever!
It never syncs with my apple health app.. despite regularly clocking the required number of steps, this disgrace of an app conveniently manages to sync incorrectly and deny the promised rewards.. support for the app is a notch below the actual app’s performance (yes, they manage to do this).. an e-mail sent with the above-mentioned problem was sent by me on numerous weeks..the earliest response I got was one week later and it said “we are experiencing high volumes, we’ll get back to you”..
Not expected from AIA.. I hope the same doesn’t happen to my insurance claims, should the need arise..
Forget about the rewards- this is the most frustrating fitness app ever- it doesn’t deserve a dime from anyone..
Consistently trouble App
If AIA is not able to support the large number of user why send people out to encourage sign up? Many user has trouble syncing.
Instead of upgrading it now send email to members that it’s the fault it is other apps that has issue syncing and we are encouraged to use Apple Health or S Health.
Is this a way for them to save their pay out for vouchers? Each time 1 member has trouble syncing they save payout of $40. Wonder how many members are affected. Oh btw writing email to them of not receiving the voucher due to app not syncing will not receive response. 3 weeks now and still waiting. Hotline is burnt... too hot that can never get through.
