Worst paid app ever!

It never syncs with my apple health app.. despite regularly clocking the required number of steps, this disgrace of an app conveniently manages to sync incorrectly and deny the promised rewards.. support for the app is a notch below the actual app’s performance (yes, they manage to do this).. an e-mail sent with the above-mentioned problem was sent by me on numerous weeks..the earliest response I got was one week later and it said “we are experiencing high volumes, we’ll get back to you”..

Not expected from AIA.. I hope the same doesn’t happen to my insurance claims, should the need arise..

Forget about the rewards- this is the most frustrating fitness app ever- it doesn’t deserve a dime from anyone..

Cannot connect to Strava

My strava login using Google account.

When try to connect my vitality weekly apps to my strava, it popup web base login option to strava (Facebook, Google, or email account), if I choose Google error message will appear and I can’t choose email, since I don’t have password for my strava account, it’s using my Google account direct.

Please help to rectify...

Lousy app that does not have much vitality

Seth Tan

Doesn’t really sync well with my iOS health app. The app is just like the weather, sometimes fair weather and sometimes bad.

I doubt AIA invested enough money to have the app updated or keep up its system to manage large data volumes. I wonder how the company can justify the increase in our premiums for insurance policies that are tagged with AIA vitality. The app has been around for a year or so, and many technical glitches had not been ironed out yet. Maybe they can consider changing the app vendor?
