AMEX and it’s conveniences
From the mobile app to the customer service, AMEX have always amaze me. The mobile app is so user friendly and more importantly is very reliable. Kudos AMEX for always looking out for customers satisfaction in everything which include the app. I believe AMEX have a “customers first” as one of their policies which is why AMEX is so great.
It’s night time to update the UI
The UI looks dated and doesn’t offer much options like ability to get magnetic strip enabled or disabled etc. Also the app is not updated for new gen devices like iPhone X.
So convenient to check transactions immediately after usage and also a good move to integrate “offers” into the App
