Issues with network
Unable to download songs with error network. Tried both 4G or wifi all failed..

The rest of my devices works good but with the new device, this has issues.
Unable to download purchased songs
I bought few packs of songs which were working fine in my old phone. But when I change phone and re-download the apps on my new device, some songs cannot be downloaded. The songs that can be downloaded only plays alphabet “E” and “T” songs.
I’ve tried to restore the pass but the problem persist.
Please address this issue.
