inconvenient update
Please pilot test before rolling out updates. old versions cannot connect server, forcing users to update. at login, new update forces user to bind token before use. unable to use without binding. Significant impact for those not having token at important times. Either warn users in description update or allow users to bypass for a time limit or x number login first. It is impossible to reach your customer service call center!
Easily the worst bank service in Singapore
Mobile app interface is incredible old school, not to mention how cumbersome it is simply to set up an account to view your credit card information.
They took 1 month for the credit card application, after which requests you to go down to the branch to create a online account to view the statement. THEREAFTER they ask you to sign a 3-4 forms simply to be able to receive notification of your credit card information on the app and email.
unbelievable backward procedures and processes for a bank in this digital age.
Great update and modern interface
I was using the app with the old design. And one day i logged in and was blown away by the updated app look and feel. Information looks clearer. Everything seems easier to understand. Great work to the developers.
