Worst e wallet app ever. Be careful they don’t have a proper customer service
I tried to book a bus ticket using boost wallet two weeks ago. I DID NOT get a bus ticket even after the payment was deducted from my Boost wallet. I contacted bus ticket agency and they said they did not receive the payment. And here come the scariest part as Boost don’t have a customer service number!!! This only come to my realisation when I tried to call Boost to have them rectified the issue. So the only way that I can ask about this issue is through email and FB messenger. I sent several email but no response at all! They did reply my fb msg, but after few days?! Come on, this involve ppl’s belonging issue and shouldn’t you rectify it as soon as you can?! Now two weeks have been past I still haven’t gotten my refund back. Think twice before u wanna use the app.
Worst ewallet app ever. Just use Touch and Go pls.
I am a Touch & Go eWallet user for a long time, and found this Boost ,knowing they are same . However, they did not provide credit card cash out service, without mentioning when I top up. Requested a refund,” at 5th Feb2024, until 16th Feb 2024 (today), no action was taken , only mentioned they are pending reply from Payflex team.
Come on lah, if the Payflex team wont reply u , meaning I will never get my refund?
Rubbish team, lazy workers, lousy system, hired a bunch of unqualified staff who just know how to play Tai Chi.
