Customisation of Google Nest Hub
Honestly for it’s price Google home is a ripoff. With very little options and support to customise. You can’t reorder the tabs on google nest hub; you cant customize those tabs, for example I don’t need a big tile for zero alarm but prefer a big tile to show more contacts; clock face options are sadly few, with the simplest options of full clock face with date and day.
Dear google please add more options for the clock faces on nest hub. Ideally allowing some customisation. Silly as it sounds. I buy two nest hub mainly for the clock usage Suggestion on clock face 1. Include options with clock face number or lines at number position for analog clock 2. Both digital and analog clock to allow for display of Day and Date, in good size or customisable size 3. Digital clock more options to customise colours and looks 4. Allow in Home App to customise clock look 5. Taking some basic references from how Apple Watch faces can be customised might be helpful 6. For all other pages on the nest kindly allow home app to customise easily by making a ‘copy’ of how it will look on the nest in the app so that we can easily tab around the app to customise the nest Thank you very much
More options for Home Screen required
Overall a good app, but could be better if we had more options for the default Home Screen, such as switch controls, since the whole idea of a nest hub is to act as the command centre for all google home devices. Other than voice control, it’s tedious to have to navigate to switch controls just to turn on a light. This just makes me want to revert to the traditional wall switch instead of using the nest hub.
