Ratings and Reviews
User friendly interface.
the app has nice UX. however, price alerts still doesn't seem to be working. widget is also unable to show the Base currency as selected in the settings after the latest update. it was possible previously.
Crappy device verification
The only things I have in abundance are email verifications (which has worked a great total of 1 time), automated support emails to try the steps I have taken to resolve this issue and assurance that my funds are safe.
I was quite sure I won’t find any trading app that I will rate lower than Coinhako’s version 1 app. But you guys have topped it. Just 2 weeks of using the app, it has made me redo ID verification twice, crashed majorly twice to log out access and attempts countless times to re-verify my device (as if the first 30 attempts weren’t already enough, it forgot my device and makes me redo again…haven’t succeed yet), ironically my device is the newest Apple device and not a Chinese phone.
Weird verification issues
didnt even get past the verification stage because for some annoying reason an error keeps popping up saying my details don’t match my personal info despite me uploading my national ID and bill from the bank with my address which does reflect my personal info. can’t even go back to check if there were any typos in my personal info as the app does not allow it. also only allows to take photos instead of uploading files already in my phone so i kept having to retake the photos leading to the same error. super annoying. will just download another trading app
