I booked a cab through this and waited for 15 mins for the cab to arrive but the driver was going around in a circle constantly. I was tracking the cab the whole time through the option in the app. And when I called the driver, he told me that I cancelled the booking! Even though I was tracking his cab. If I had cancelled the cab I would have not been able to track the cab. The driver was adamant that I had cancelled and not realized. I'm gonna move to other apps from now on. This used to be good but it has just become awful.
Unable to verify mobile number
Please notify users when they are unable to verify their mobile number. It left me hanging at the verification screen wondering what went on.
Although eventually I found out that it was because I disallowed notifications, it is good to let users know and bring them to the settings screen to enable it. You won't lose your potential app users this way.
The WORST app to use
The app doesn’t work at all. For the past 3 days I have been trying to book taxis and for whatever reason, each time that I am booking one, after a couple of seconds it rejects the booking request and asks me to “try again later”. I tried contacting the customer service, but after talking to three different person in three different departments, NOBODY was able to help me figure out what was wrong. This is simply the stupidest situation I have faced in a long time. Poor customer service, poor delivery overall.
