Great app works seamlessly with iPad and MAC
Find it much easier to work on project reports with this since I don’t have to continually switch screens or strain my eyes by using split screen. Best use is when I am able to refer to documents on one screen and work on my own documents on the other
Highly recommended. Would take a star away because of the fact that wireless use requires a subscription as opposed to a one time payment. Though understandable, this takes away some consumer utility. However, being the cheapest solution to having dual screens and doing it so well without lag, app is definitely worth it!!
Paid for app but have weird text on app
I bought and paid for this app and used it happily for a sometime and even recommended many colleagues to purchase this because it fits in so well with our workflow and functionalities. However with the updates my screen now has an “OSBASE iDisplay Evaluation Copy” plastered right across my screen and it blocks the text on my extended desktop when I am trying to read words quickly and go between two screens. It makes me feel like I’ve paid for an evaluation copy compared to previously when the app was a beautiful thing, and almost as if now that the new functionalities are being launched, old customers like us who use the basic version and don’t need the pro or air version don’t matter any more even though we supported the app from way back. I wonder if this can be fixed. Thank you.

Poor and disappointing support.
Had an old iPad 2 lying around so I guess I might buy this to put some use into the old metal. Turns out, it doesn’t work. It just kept showing me the launching screen for hours. So I thought “okay? Maybe this iPad is just too old now”, and bought the new 2018 iPad recently and started using duet on it for 2 to 3 days. Then the infamous letterbox issue occured. Went googling around and duet seemed pretty undisturbed with numerous users getting this issue. I mean they say “sorry in advance but you have to uninstall it from the settings menu”. Then I went sure, I did - 5 times at least - but there’s still the letter box issue. Not to mention when it works, the extend display isn’t even that fast! So disappointed. Bought it because I saw a few Youtubers use it and it was fine. Guess it works for others doesn’t mean it works for me.
