Some improvement suggestions


1. For ibanking payment, you could allow the us to register our bank account no, so that we don’t have to type letter by letter for the REFERENCE NUMBER afterwards (this is very inconvenient as most banks doesn’t allow u to copy the ref no. directly. Ref no is also very diff to retrieve if you copied wrongly for the first time)

2. The update in guangdong warehouse could do a better job! More often than not when i purchase many items from taobao, the last parcel always takes a loooonnnnggg time to be updated (more than 3 days after being received by the warehouse)

3. The customer service could give a faster reply for most simple matters (not sure why it took days for them to reply on a “instant message” platform (my friend told me the response on the webpage is much faster, it should be the same for the app)

Ezbuy starts to deceive its customers already


I used ezbuy to buy a camera bag from China , the chargeable weight appears to be 1.68kg . however , when I receive the bag and measure it ( never open the package ) , it shows 0.7kg. Should I feel lucky that I never choose express air? This extra 1kg cost me $3.4 as I used economic air. if I use I use express air ,ezbuy will deceive me $6 , if I use sensitive air , it will deceive me $10 .This bag only cost $10.
As we know that the exchange rate of CNY and SGD is around 4.8:1 , but ezbuy calculates it as 4.4:1 . There are so many ignorant Singaporeans customer keep buying, and I think ezbuy never feel satisfaction by deceiving this small amount of money. Now , it starts to deceive its customers money more shamelessly.
I hope the the authority can do something to stop this kind of unscrupulous platform and give severe penalty.

Worst out of the worst


everyone has been saying good things abt ezbuy and alot of my friends are also “ambassadors” of ezbuy. However this purchase during 1111 made me feel so unhappy. Firstly, i purchased a pair of sandals. While the colour and size came correctly, the straps could not even hook onto each other. It was extremely short and i had already adjusted it to its maximum length. There were no additional details on the sandals. And in the pictures it looked like there were ample space for the straps. Next, i purchased a top, which was SUPPOSEDLY BEIGE PINK. but when it arrived it is actually BRIGHT PINK.
Lastly, i purchased an item and used economy air shipping. It stated that the estimated arrival time would be frm 15/11 to 26/11. However i only received the collection msg on the 29/11.
