Quick, simple, works well with data
Fulfils its basic purpose, having F1 live on the go.
Stream quality is bad
Pixelated stream. My internet connection is capable of watching it in full resolution on my PC. I have no issue watching streams on my iPad Pro with 300mbps up/down, but not on the F1 TV app and it doesn't allow me to watch on my iPad web browser. Implement a video quality option like on the web browser because your auto quality doesn't switch me back to the highest quality once it dropped because I decided to scrub through the playback. It's also a primitive player that doesn't even have quick rewind and fast forward version. You devs definitely does not use the app and I'm about to stop my subscription.

This app Will accept your purchase and bill you but it does not work!!
Unless you are in the USA, Canada or the Netherlands it will not work!
VPN will not solve the issue as you need a credit card and a address in one of the above mentioned countries.
Amazing that such a big multi billion organization will allow such a sneaky business model. Why not let all paying customers watch f1? Why not warn people before they purchase? Such bad customer service. Flow tv is dying anyway so why not make a “Netflix” model for f1? F1 could still sell tv rights to national tv providers. This simply does not make any sense.

Refunds are not issued automatically and are only issued if you are cancelling within a defined period.
