Can’t add my credit card as a payment method

I can’t add my credit card as a payment method even after I called the issuing banks for both FaveLater and Fave payment methods. The only way I could use Fave is to connect to my GrabPay account thus far. I do not see any use using Fave through the credit card of my choice and I will not use Fave as much as I can, though I appreciate Fave has some merits such as Cashback in my favorite eateries. Do not ask me to escalate my unhappiness with the Fave “Customer Happiness Team”, this makes me even more unhappy because they do not respond to my email. I love Indonesia but it is not so good as a Singaporean, my requests get directed there. I am so sorry I do not derive happiness from using Fave no matter how good and how widespread Fave acceptance is. Update: Fave made me happy again while accepting my credit cards into the system. Thank you Fave :)

Beware of the Discounts

The App seems to be great from the surface and I have been a user for quite sometimes. However, it is getting bad to worse.
Currently, the deal came mostly from the worse vendors, with lots of fine prints and limitations. If reservations needed, usually not easy to book (only non-peak period available) and some vendor really give you the “cheap” glaring and attitude.
Further from Fave app itself, NO reminder for any expiration or near expiring deal, so don’t be overhype to buy the vouchers that seems to have good deals but end up forgotten or even unable to get reservations (they will kindly push you to take off peak or let your voucher lapse).
Interface for their chat is also very bad... difficult to type and if you have any queries, don’t bother to spend time, they will basically copy and paste FAQ

Hi Paladin5000, thank you for stopping by to leave your review on your experiences with some of our deals and on our live chat feature. We truly appreciate your support thus far, and it saddens us to hear that you have faced some difficulties with your purchase in the past. Please do not hesitate to let our Customer Happiness team know of your situation when you write in to us on live chat or email (hello@myfave.com), so that we can advise and provide assistance accordingly. Thank you!

Not recommended to pay $120 to get $150credits(unless u frequent that place a lot) IMHO

Varies between diff cust. Citing this as my very own personal encounter lately. There are times where certain shops or restaurants have promotion such as pay $120 to get $150 credits which can be offset for purchases which will have validity of 6months aka 180days.
Such as my recent encounter is, I pay for the $120 to get $150 credits and after offsetting the meals, the balance credits approximately $20* kicks off its validity of 180days, in Singapore, we work and work between tight schedules and upon time to utilise this very credit of the last week & last 2day during wee hours, encounter the merchant machine system having error, thus ended paying the full sum.
Wrote in to their cust service regarding this & was ended up with rebuttals of the system removal of expiry date not done, misleading consumers that his/her “paid credits” still there, and customers’ credits already expired etc, instead of a simple gesture to reduce tension there & provide quality & professional customer service to assist/help customer.

Hi ahchao, thank you for taking the time to share your feedback with us regarding eCard. We are sorry to hear that you were not able to utilise the eCard Cashback within 180 days validity date. Thank you for sharing about our customer service agents and we will surely convey this to the relevant team for further improvement. Thank you and wishing you a pleasant day ahead!
