UX comments

I’m just gonna talk about the iOS UX here because that seems to be more relevant in the App Store.

First of all, the Dashboard page shows recommendations to exercises I’ve never done before at locations I’ve never booked a class in and nothing about it attracts me so being labeled as a recommendation is ???

Then the Classes page. A major pain point is the inability to pin favorite locations and activities at the top and I will have to SCROOOOOOLLL every time I plan my workout for the week

Studios. I’m not sure what this page is supposed to do. Show that Guava is partnered with studios you’ll never finish looking through? And they’re organized in alphabetical order like that will help... so please consider using filters. This is available on web but not mobile but like... why?

The favorites page is probably the most useful page in Guava’s unwieldy UI and poor UX. But I wish that at least there’s an inherent purpose of it eg getting alerts whenever that studio drop the details for its classes for the week, has an event, etc etc.

Misc: please let us access the billing cycle date info more easily.

Love it! Tons of classes for me

Signed up for GuavaPass last year after deciding between this and gym membership. Did not regret- they have so many studio options and classes I won’t ever get bored or run out of studios to choose from. Plus they have studios around singapore so I don’t need to travel purposely to attend a class. App is easy to use as well

I was so excited to try this new fitness app as I’d had so many recommendations from friends. But when I bought a 2 credit “trial pass” for $45 and when the system only allowed me to redeem one credit it just made me think it was a scam. I tried to contact the studio to book direct but they were unable to help and GuavaPass do not have a hotline. So by the time I had emailed and got a reply my credit had expired. I would have loved to try out some of the other interesting class but I’m not going to waste anymore money!
