يهدف هذا التطبيق لخلق قناة تواصل بين الشركة والمستفيدين من خدماتها بالاضافة لخلق قناة اتصال يساهم الجمهور العام من خلالها في تحسين مستوى خدمات النقل التعليمي، حيث يمكن للمستخدم الحصول على معلومات آنية عن الخدمة وتلقي البلاغات اليومية وإبداء الرأي في الخدمة والإبلاغ عن أي خلل قد يطرأ على تقديم الخدمة. سيتم تطوير التطبيق بشكل دوري باضافة تحسينات وخدمات تدهدف الى رفع مستوى الرضا لدى مستخدمي التطبيق.

Welcome to TTC’s smart device application
The aim of this application is to provide a means of communication between end users of TTC’s services and the general public in order for TTC to increase the quality of the company’s services. Users can receive live real-time information and announcements and report incidents related to the company’s services. In our efforts to make the use of the application easier and satisfactory for the user the application will be upgraded periodically and new services will be added as they become available.
