The promotional offers may not be easy to use. I purchased whole Japan JR pass for almost $440 and the promotion was I will receive $30 cashback which can ONLY be used to purchase another JRPass. However I have yet to receive the confirmation. I’ve been waiting since August till now. I’m afraid that due to time constraints, I may have to go ahead and purchase the additional JR pass my family needs to travel together and will not be able to utilise the voucher. So it’s as good as not having purchased any promo. I have already contacted the customer service multiple times in regards to the matter but not much seems to be happening to speed up the confirmation. I’ve been promised results within 48 hrs, but still had to follow up beyond 120 hrs. This makes me feel that the promos are just gimmicks to attract customers without really seeing through that we can actually utilise it. I have purchased multiple times on Klook but am now a bit jaded. Hoping Klook can mprove in this matter. Update. After chatting multiple times with customer service giving me the run around, telling me to wait for confirmation for my booking 1st. Now that I’ve finally received confirmation, but customer service now says the promo has been fully redeemed. So after all that trouble and waiting on my end for Klook to fulfil their end , it came to nothing but dissatisfaction.

I received an email a day before my booking, stating that the hotel room is waiting for me and what I have to take note of etc before checking in. However, I received another email the DAY ITSELF, 2hrs before my booking and check-in of hotel stating that it has been cancelled. I was appalled by this and decided to give the hotel a call.

Upon calling them, they told me that the hotel has been fully booked weeks back despite me booking it months back. They said that KLOOK was already informed weeks back that the dates I've booked for is fully booked and that the hotel rejected the booking. But KLOOK only send me the cancellation hours before my booking. Additionally, in their cancellation e-mail, they stated that they will compensate me regarding this issue, but here I am waiting for three weeks with no reply or contact from the local team. How irresponsible and horrible is your service?

Please take note, DON'T EVER BOOK USING KLOOK AS THEY WILL CANCEL ON THE DAY ITSELF and WILL IGNORE ALL YOUR E-MAILS THEREAFTER!
