Worst app design ever; don’t use it
The submit / next buttons are hidden under the screen, makes it impossible to click. Moreover, once you top up with cash, it’s stuck inside the app and cannot be transferred back to the bank account; unlike DBS PayLah! (A much much better designer app). Think twice before downloading. I never write bad reviews; this is my first, which shows how bad this Liquid Pay is.

Hi iPhoneFan1123, Sorry to hear that you are experiencing issues and thanks for your feedback. We're constantly reviewing and improving the user experience for the app. For the case of Liquid Cash, it's transferable between accounts. Simply tap on the 'wallet' tab, hit the 'transfer' button under Liquid Cash card and key in the amount and contact you would like to transfer to. Feel free to drop an email to firstname.lastname@example.org if you're facing cash transfer issues. Your request will be prioritized as soon as we get in touch via email.

UX needs to be redesign
Visually it looks polished enough, but unfortunately the User Experience design work (vender and user) is a mass and incoherent.
It lacks the understanding and consideration of the vender's and end consumer's as-is mental model, work flow and interaction between the vender and consumer, vender and app, consumer and app.
Up to six family members will be able to use this app with Family Sharing enabled.
